Founded in 2003, Thanee Estate & Law has evolved into a premier boutique law firm at the forefront of Thailand’s real estate sector. Our journey began with a steadfast commitment to legal excellence across the Southern islands of Koh Samui and Koh Phangan (Surat Thani), operating as Island Law Group and Thanee & Associates, before expanding our footprint to Koh Lanta, Ao Nang (Krabi), and Pattaya.

In 2015, we made the strategic decision to consolidate our extensive regional expertise by establishing our Global Headquarters in Bangkok. This transition allowed us to centralize our core values of integrity, full legal compliance, and transparency, ensuring that every client’s investment is safeguarded by the highest professional standards.

Today, we continue to grow alongside our clients. We are proud to announce the opening of our newest serviced office at Somerset Sukhumvit Thonglor (Sukhumvit 55). This expansion reflects our dedication to providing world-class legal accessibility and "peace of mind" to investors within the Thonglor community, across Sukhumvit, and throughout the vibrant heart of Bangkok.

Leadership & Credentials

The firm is steered by Founder and CEO Mr. Thanee Thocharun, a distinguished Lawyer and Notarial Services Attorney (Notary Public) with decades of specialized experience. Under his guidance, the firm has become a recognized leader in International Law and Real Estate Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. Thanee’s qualifications include:

• CIPS & SRES: Certified International Property Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist (National Association of Realtors, USA).

• CCMFP: The first foreign delegate certified in the Marketing of Foreign Properties - Cert. in MFP (IEA) (Institute of Estate Agents, Singapore).

• TPQI Appointee: Real Estate Broker Assessor and Examiner (Thailand Professional Qualification Institute).
